- Full page ad to be supplied in PDF format. The PDF must have crop marks
and 3mm bleed
- Any other ad than full page ad to be supplied in EPS, TIFF or JPEG format
- Please ensure all fonts are embedded

- Colour - CMYK format
- Please check your correct ad size below

HOW TO SEND COPY TO PERSPECTIVE PUBLISHING
All files must be supplied in digital format.
File names must only contain letters and or numbers
or _ - (dashes/ hyphens and underscores), none of the following characters please: !"£$%^&*()+={}[]:@~;'#<>?
1. PDF’s by email
If you have created a pdf using our settings then it is quick and easy
to email us the file. Please ask for specific email addresses from your
advertising contact.
2. QUARK, PHOTOSHOP AND ILLUSTRATOR FILES BY CD
All relevant graphics and fonts (screen and postscript) must be included.
The file(s) must be labeled so that it identifies with issue/title of
the magazine and the client. A faxed proof is also
necessary to ensure the advert is output correctly.
Alternatively, copy all the relevant files, including fonts (screen and postscript)
and graphics onto a CD, enclosed with a colour proof. Send the
artwork to the address below along with the name of the magazine the advert
is to appear in.
